Yoga Basics
This program is designed to help you build your yoga practice from the ground up. There are 6 classes included in the series and I recommend that you do your best to take in 2 classes per week until the series is complete.

Our first session focuses on: posture, breath work and the following yoga poses; Bridge, Low Lunge, Table, Cat Cow & Childs Pose
This session focuses on the mechanics of the pelvis and learning how to fold properly. Postures/asanas covered during this session: chair, plank, cobra, tree pose & crescent lunge
Postures covered: Sun Salutation (with Low Lunge), Mountain, Downward Facing Dog, Warrior I, Warrior II
This class covers the following postures: Sun Salutation review, Eagle, Goddess, Dancers, Reverse Warrior, Side Angle & Warrior III.
In this session we breakdown the following postures: Butterfly, Easy Twist, Side Lunge and Half Moon
This is our final class in the Yoga Basics Series. A gentle flow style practiced designed to help you focus on the postures and skills we worked on throughout this series.
