Sedona is 2 hours north of Phoenix, AZ. My recommendation is to fly in a day early, get settled in to Sedona and acclimated to the altitude. If you have the ability to stay an extra day or two after the retreat ends, you will have much to explore.

Sedona is at 4300ft elevation and Flagstaff is almost 7000ft elevation. The air is thinner and the hikes will feel different for those coming from a lower altitude. Also, we are in the desert, hydration is a must! The weather can be warm during the day and cold at night. Layers are important. There will be several excursions offered during and after the retreat. These will not be part of the retreat, but an addition if you'd like to attend.

There are B&B's, hotels and resorts in the Sedona area. Once you have registered we will send you more information along with some local recommendations.  Also, Homeaway.com and AirBB is a good resource for local properties.

This magical experience is hosted in partnership with Root To Spirit (Zenzi Sky). Zenzi has been leading retreats in Sedona for the last 10 years and is an expert Guide to life. The retreat is open to all skill levels. This will be your personal journey! Hikes are optional. Whether you quest for the summit or take a gentle walk for a group meditation to the base of the mountains, this retreat will catapult you into healing, excitement and living at your highest potential. Retreat Cost: $555

Travel, food + accommodation not included. A $250 nonrefundable deposit will reserve your spot and the remainder can be paid all on one payment, or incrementally leading up to the event date. All tuition must be paid 30 days before start of retreat.

​Tuition includes all classes, group sessions, sacred site donations, parking passes and writing material. The itinerary for the retreat will be provided at the welcome reception on the first day of the retreat. Once you have paid for the retreat, you are automatically registered and will receive an email confirmation with details on the next step towards your magical journey!

All classes and hikes are optional. The distance travelled during the hikes are up to you and your comfort level. This is an experience for everyone.
