This class guide has been designed with your specific goals in mind! 

Thank you for trusting me to help you along your movement and meditation journey. I look forward to your feedback as you take in the classes and please remember that I am here to help support you along the way. Please feel free to call or message me if you have any questions or would like some additional support during this time.

During your 4 week program- you will receive an email from me every weekend with 3 new classes for you to enjoy. This week I’ve added in an extra meditation :)

YOUR CLASS GUIDE

Posture Reboot (16min)
Gentle Movement | Beginner
A practice to help you check in and realign the body. Today we focus on integrating the shoulders on the upper back, check in with hip alignment and ultimately feel into our proprioception.

Morning Movement & Meditation (35min)
Gentle Movement | Beginner
A well balanced practice to help open the hips, connect to the core + glutes. We finish off the practice today with a guided meditation to help anchor the body.

Path of Least Resistance (14min)
Meditation
The choice is always in your hands. A meditation to celebrate and guide the heart towards the feeling of ease and flow.

Calm & Collected (10min)
Guided Meditation
A guided visual meditation to help calm the body and mind. This short meditation is a perfect bite sized audio to help you drop in when you need to collect the mind and want to bring more calmness into the body.

Stepping Into Greatness (15min) Meditation
A guided meditation to take you deeper into your body and connect with the core of your being. This meditation is here to serve you during a transitional phase of your life or during moments of fear and doubt.

Sleep Time (13min)
Meditation
Prepare the body and mind for rest with this short meditation. Set yourself up in bed and give yourself permission to let go as your guided into relaxation.

Support & Strength (13min) Meditation
These two powerful emotions can sometimes be the differentiating factor between how much courage and love we feel within our own world. This meditation is here to remind you that these emotions are not achieved from external circumstances or people. YOU are the only person that can truly create the authentic experience of being completely held.

Support the Nervous System (21min)
Gentle Movement | Beginner
Our body knows first, it's our option whether or not we listen. The body is such a unique organism that it consistently sends us signals. Today we use breathwork and some gentle postures to help us regulate our nervous system.

Tap It Away (22min)
Gentle Movement | Beginner
Tapping is a mind-body therapy technique that draws on the traditional Chinese medicine practice of acupuncture. It allows us to connect to the different meridians and energy centres within our body. Today we focus on tapping away stress and overwhelm before moving into breathwork and a short meditation.

Decompress (35min)
Gentle Movement
For the days when your muscles need a little more recovery and release. During this practice we narrow in on the lower body, specifically the hamstrings, inner thigh and outer hip regions.

Mastering Your Frequency (11min) Meditation
A meditation that guides you into the energy within body and reminds you of your ability to change it at any moment. During this practice I guide you through a journey into the body and energy field within it.

Grounded (58min)
Gentle Movement
A class to bring us back to the connection of what it feels like to be grounded and supported in our experience. To be at home in our body. We play with postures that keep us close to the earth.
