What better way to start off your day than landing on your mat and ‘being’ in your body. This short class series is the perfect addition to your day when you’re needing a quick, gentle and effective way to move the body. You can take these classes in at anytime of day!

(27min) Start your day off on the mat as we create space within the body and mind to move through the day in complete awareness. Our focus today is internal and external hip mobility as we play with the concept of the duality between ‘ease’ and ‘effort’.
There are many ways we can support our body and mind; from bouncing, to body brushing, to swaying and of course yoga! What better way to kick off the day then to remind yourself of all the ways you can respond when the body and mind come calling for support. (16min)
With complete discernment we are claiming our day today and choosing joy! This is a well rounded practice that involves core work, hip strengthening and some rinsing of the spine. (27min)
